A Lesson from my dream

After a very long time i had an afternoon nap today and came across a very dangerous and fearful dream and i was so much frightened with it i roared literally in my room. Three pink dressed girls killing me inside the lift very brutally on the first floor of my building. Think of the state of mind i had at that moment. And it is not usual that i have this kind of dreams very often. Again I have a very deep thought on how and why this happened with me suddenly with me. I don't want to describe the scenes of my dream but i can share what i need to do to avoid these situation. What I will write now may not be quite logical, but from some point of view I have experienced these. Everybody in the world has experienced the similar feeling at any point of time. And normally we ignore or let it go as we can not waste a ample amount of time on a thing that has a quite less chance of existence.

       Here is the idea..

Each and every human being has two types of feeling. In one way they are "Confidence, love, inner strength, ecstasy, belief"- which shows a big amount of positive powers in it.  And some times we have some paralyzing states like "Confusion, depression, fear, sadness, anxiety and frustration" which in a way lead us to a powerless state. And every day to day life we interact with the physical world in various ways to face these very obvious emotions and we react subsequently to these, either actively or passively. And automatically the reaction becomes your behavior.  And in a long run the similar regular behavior becomes your attitude and nature for the 3rd person and perception for yourself. In simple language your own thought-feel-reaction becomes your own nature and perception. An example : You have anxiety in office for a very long period of time, then you become upset and inactive in your mindset for even longer period of time.. and that feeling defines your characteristic to the rest of the world.

what i feel we need to change..

We will go to that point from where the emotions are really generated.Call it an Originating point or root cause. Most of the time we consider the root cause are some situations, some experience, some interaction , some discussions or some thoughts. I used to believe what i said just now. But for sometime forget these things and what can be the other things which actually affects your emotions and feeling directly? Many physical attributes affect our state of mind as well as our experiences, words, actions and even things like your diet. I believe some way or the other we can have a minor or major control over our mind by controlling such activities as below.

Breathing - Slow deep breathing does a lot of things for our health and delivers oxygen to the brain which ultimately changes the state of our brain.

Facial Expressions - if you are actually sad and you are still trying to smile.. there is a change that you will smile. But without it you will be inside a boredom from where it is difficult to be out. I got this idea from each and every person i met everyday. No offence some people really smile and make others smile and again smile. Ignoring the inner thought of that person we and he smile and we find a time where we become happy which is a positive attitude.

Energy - Whenever we have very higher level of energy level, we internally feel brave and confident. which directly affect your day to day life at the workplace and the other. And Normal energy level is enhanced by daily exercise ,yoga or therapy.I suggest never to ignore it. We always forget our physical body and mind are bound very closely with each other.

Diet - No need to explain the difference between a hungry  and full stomach :) And yes good and controlled diet always affects our mind. I have seen people discussing the food so interestingly after a very tasty food.( may be ice-cream, Halwa, ladoo, faluda,Paan etc..)

Body Posture - the way we sit while working, the way we walk to an interview, the way we give a hug, the way we shake our hands, the way we show interest to talk, the way we be involved are always part of the physical postures which directly affects your own state of mind as well as the 3rd person. Keep your head high and put your shoulders back , you can feel what i intend to.

Environment - The surrounding and friend circle  always have a great deal of impact on the state of one's mind and activity. So be sure about it, it may lead you to a place where you get heaven and may be to a place from where you cant return and you be in a temple of no doors. So yes environment matters more than we think.

There are a few more points i am still thinking of... will publish in the next one.. :)

Unavoidable Emotions :(

It was a busy Monday afternoon. I was blessed with a small good news . After a very few moments I shared it to one my very close friends. And off course he becomes happy.. but after sometime he suddenly said "Don't unconditionally fall in love, do not get attached". I was totally shocked at this statement by a person who never had such type of obsession with unusual and undefined relationships. At that point of time my self formulated persuasion and words of assurance was quite obvious and intended to make him feel good. As I knew I could convince neither him nor myself. As a firm thinker i started thinking on this very unavoidable situations that come to our life even if we do not always want to face.

From my deep thinking i found the unconditional love usually happens with the parent-children relationship in a duplex manner.Obviously question can not be raised on the heavenly love our parents have towards us. There is no expectation.. there is no desire.. it is so peaceful. Secondly another instance of this behavior comes when you actually respect a person right from the core of your heart and he/she does not know about it. It is purely on way unconditional love. In this case there is expectation, there is spontaneous followups. But there is not at all any emissive intention. And there comes the rest where there is always conditional love which involves expectations. if these expectations are independent of three criteria like Acceptance, Understanding and Appreciation, we call it worship which is nothing but an example of "the Story of Mira bai". And usually the instance is not frequent but it is so beautiful and holy like the scene of the horizon of the sun-shining. The idea is not to judge the word "Love" but to speculate it on the basis of some real-unavoidable-constraints. Second thought is the attachment towards an undefined relationship. Every human being at some stage of life solely understands the meaning of "attachment" and vows to control it at some point of time. But As I see,for a normal human being it is not at all an easier task to block the emotion inside, but my personal perception is to let it flow naturally until you get something best or something worst.
