What is the reality after a party or get together!! Here it is....

      Lots of things happens in every moment of life, and those may be either quite worthy or just worthless. But A human being always expects that the moment that is to come should give him/her a lot of joy at least for that moment.for example we plan trips or journey with our friends to share time and joy with friends and all if it will be a ememorandom to make evrybody together forever. And next step of our motive is that the journey or the activities on that day will be remembered by everybody. And the utmost expectation is We will remember the infamous rather unforgettable time as  a precious chapter of everyone's life. We see photos, we poke activities on videos, we make fun of various unique and stupid activities.

And We walk out some days.. Here is what comes the reality....

    Hardly anybody opens the folder of the pics which had made some of our moments really worthy.  Memories become deam and diminished. No offence its all depends on th love and affection and attachment among the friends. the idea is everybody wants peace at every moment he lives and he tries to perform it as his best. But sometimes some confusion and some complexities obstructs him from this special occasions that come on every moment of life only on his own permission and choice. So I will say your peace becomes your own choice depending on your ability to enjoy it cleanly with the fullest. But you might be confused what is the point of explaining this idea with the idea of journey or trip. What I want to explain is, May be it( the moment of joy that comes from the trip/get together) hardly matters how its going to affect your rest of days of your life as a whole ,but this Now which you live brings a lot of "nows" thats gonna come in the future for sure.

    You may or may not open the folder that contains these unforgettable pics or you may/may not maintain a private diary But at least one day we all remember this moment which we once enjoyed. And on that day We create a great deal of pleasure, but of course  not all of the friends would be lucky enough to be  there to get a share of that pleasure.Anyways again it is of personal interest to make these things really happen. And I personally choose it to happen for me and with my friends :). What ever it may be  I always suggest live the present with so much of joy and ecstacy that future bows down its head before you. Just a reality, Your present makes your future on every aspect of life. So do not ever think to waste the present only for future that is often uncertain and unreal.

Some Personal Lessons I Have In my Small career...

     In the past 10 months of my  small corporate career I have gone through many team projects and many team outings and met many team leaders. To be frank and truthful enough I have learnt a very little technical knowledge but more knowledge on handling different adverse situations. When I came out of my B tech era, I heartly expected some big hardcore coding in a company like Amdocs. And in the very 1st month of the career I feel it would happen for me. But that never happened and may be it wont in the near future also. Some friends say never go deep in to your expectation which gives you utter disappointment and agony. yes its true.

     I have never said expectation from your daily work is wrong, but we spent so much our time thinking for better job life that we hardly find time to enjoy the current one that we own on that moment. So I would say 1st lesson for every one is to concentrate on the current job you are having and try to enjoy that one instead of wasting much of the hours behind hope-expectation-complain.

  Some people love to relax and some people love to work during the same working hours. Ultimately it depends on two important aspects of the approach you have for the job. One is the strictness of the goal that your manager sets and second one is the smartness of your work to complete a task before time and enjoy the rest of the time with your own flavor. So ultimately it becomes only you who can control your work hours either bowing down to what your manager says or implementing the second aspect which is quite helpful and invariable for the rest of  the life.

  One important lesson I want to share here which I came to understand now only even if I heard it many times by my colleagues and seniors. My mentor's first sentence was "Always try to identify what is the business logic behind what you code" . Now I start to know what does it mean. Its not always important to code like a freak, but it's important  how to code as per the requirements even if it might end up with a low performance and high profit. Because it is business and it is not a drawing board of a child to scratch anything.

  Most importantly  we know everybody is always inclined towards his comfort-zone, his own friend surrounding. But believe me when you come out of this zone and try something more you may feel awkward to situations but definitely you learn something different. For example  But still I would say keep on sticking to your zone of emotional compatibility for better life. I do not find much difference between personal and professional life when I take my close friends into consideration. So I am pretty satisfied and hopeful when the current colleagues and culture of the work is concerned. please don't mind If I said anything wrong, I just say the way I think....

We Don't Perform According to our Responsibility...

      We are so proud to be a part of the group of ethically diversed youth of the glorious computer age.It's nice to  hear when some great persons respect us as the GenNext. Suddenly we feel really proud to be someone who carry the current generation to the next level. In the mean while the expectations from our superiors and inferiors increase which might lessen the progress of the flow of attitude of a young man to perform. I feel its a wrong idea to consider the expectation as a burden for us.

     Its always quite obvious when somebody delivers the whole life behind someone he has rights to expect something from the GenNext. We, the youth always give the negative judgment being a part of the genNext with a lot of excuses like lack of time, over work, over expenditure etc... I will explain in a bit simpler manner.

     In the world there is always a communication gap among different generations and it will always be The idea is how to make an environment where everybody has satisfaction and respect being at their own generation. We, the youth are always sandwiched between two unintersected generations. If we will not support the threads of the relations between the generations then the progress of human race just stops due to some unjustified and unprecedented reasons. So I conclude, our generation should take the responsibility to merge all the missing links between generations. I will give an example.Our parents and grand parents always
prefer to have physical communications among all. But We know , having very small amount of time for family
in a day its difficult even to have a digital communication. But Its very difficult to make our parents understand.
But it is also true that thinking of the expectation and dedication they spent behind us for years, we never give a small amount of pleasure to them in return. We spend so much of our time behind thinking for future, which is quite uncertain. I am never against it, but  in the mean while I would always regret if I will miss some  beautiful moments of now only due to the useless intentions of planning for future.We are meshed up so much under artificiality and complexity that it becomes habit not to have a perfect to two way communication with our parents even once in a month. Which I not only consider as an unfair behaviour but  a social offense that may inherit to the next Generation. And unluckily if it happens then the relation, love, faith, respect will all be rare in future. So the serious responsibility of making a healthy world is with us. We should not let it go for a failure.

A Journey, that will never come again, -for Convocation

     When story begins with a journey and ends with the same.. Restlessness for convocation and the inquisitive spirit was so much intensive that the delay of 5 hrs of the punctual indian railway when did not bother a single fellow.After all evryone was on the way to get an rare opportunity to use those suitable jargons at the institute premise. 27 hrs of travel and you get a two days of invaluable memory to carry for the next 27years.

   Memories get refreshed when you see figures and postures that was once familiar every next day during the college era.The famous sutta dance which unites our batch on every memorable occasions of the isti-era. The act of GMATism and the corresponding actors both were like at one place to receive the medals and to
watch people receive the medals. No matter what it feels being a perfect GMAT,but it has always created
humor and enthusiasm among people who enjoy as well as hate it. It is an refreshment of  "the delay to class at 8 o'clock " when I was getting late to go for registration for Convo and I was enjoying samosha at famous Raju's open air Resaturant. How come the day starts without breaking a rule. Students again broke rule clapping at Mr. Director's "Convexion","ETC DOT","INS-TUTE" and many other. It was more like an appreiation the new Director and a brief testimonial to the end of Sarangi's era. Anyways, the event of rehearsal was pretty memorable as that was the informal meet of most of the  old friends at one place altogether. As usual we spent the maximum of our time in Rengcol with khattis and majjjas and mimicries, Sry No CLASS this time.The day ends with the dinner with the juniors and hunt for formal shoes and  shirt-pants. Thank god, aww thank Juniors I attended the Convo with your dresses and all.

  The morning starts with toilet with no tissue toilet papers and with no water heater.Huh... lol. It seemed as if we were running for an job interview again but we know the Job is ours. Formals  everywhere with least act of formality, a rare view It was to observe so closely. Quite interesting to hear the Quotes " which company r u in, how is our Gf 'X'". People never forget friends Gf' name  but forget the company name!! lolax... And the hangover of the night was still on in the auditorium with around 30% of the degree recipients were on their dreams on the chair. Anyways thank god they managed to go up the stage and snatched their belongings with "BAWWWING DOWN" their heads. We all Know how GEEK nd JAATA took their revenge on the stage itself, in public. The official convocation ends with ever memorable opportunity to have a pic with our famous Prof SKRUTH(while Roaming on the street Only).

    Really none can explain  convocation was a mixed experience for him even by mistake.It was really an once in life time opportunity to meet so many close friends at once at on place.Thank you Insti, thanks all who made the return journey so memorable with sayris and insti-jargons that has always remained undecrypted by the OTHER'S. Hope We will proceed with the "KILL-HER_STUDIO-3" in the near future, guys tough luck this  time, ALL the best...

Always we Go for the Better! Why!

    Better, Better and better. That's what we used to hear from our parents and superiors. We keep on working on different objects to make things better, to go things better and better. Because we think that is the destiny we have set in our mind. Thing is that human being never tries to go against his restless and inquisitive spirit. He always have an tendency to go for better and choose the better and search the better. I never go against this optimistic behaviour of the human being. Sometimes searching for better gives frustration and failure which always lead to various mental agony. What is the solution. here?

   Simple it is. Compromise with your run for the better objects. Stop the process of searching sometimes to enjoy the stickiness of the idle time. Spend sometime to really enjoy the things that you have acquired till now. Because we have leading life not always to make it better, but to lead it in a way that we love. I feel ,pleasure not always comes by effort but always by the way you live for yourself and for others. The word Better does not always mean to enrich your account or enhance your perfection about a domain it particularly does include your life partner you choose. Some people get a lot of choice, some get few and some get none. Those who get a lot of choice always try to compare things like a bargain in the daily-market and spend their time to find the better one. But it never stops for which there occurs mix  up among all.

   One thing I want to advise strictly not to believe the coincidence you find in your life. we always mistook the coincidences as God's gift which is not always true. I have met a lot of coincidences which I really expect to happen. And also on regular basis. But that never worked or will never, because they are just  the overestimation of the emotions we possess. Remember coincidences never lead to your fate.

Somethings About Crossed Palms...

       I know this topic is quite unusual topic to discuss, but I feel the essence of the topic is very interesting and sometimes useful also. All through our life sometimes we must have heard about the body language, behavioural analysis and all those HR related stuffs. I analysed some real time facts when a human being is in a position when his/her hands or palms crossed one over the other. 

      I had this idea when I observed Amitabh Bachhan having so much of experience of presentation and starting the KBC with deep sigh and long breath with opening the crossed palms lightly to open the presentation to the audience. What I refer from it is that the change of amplitude of the excitement and interest of the presenter matters a lot during any promotion or presentation, which I saw the opening of two palms by Mr. Bachhan in KBC. I often see The U.S. president Mr. Obama starts his speech the same way as above.

     During one to one conversation with a new person closing your palms one over the other shows reluctance   of the person to listen to the other. But my observation says it shows politeness and obedience of the person.

So the conversation with this kind of behavior gives complements to both the party.

     And most importantly every one will agree on my point about girls giving their shots(poses) with either one palm on the other hand or one palm on the other palm. And interestingly and compulsorily those pics become their so called matrimony-eligible pics. I will again explain the reason behind this. Girls having conservative nature , polite behaviour and somewhat possessive attitude generally give shots like this. They do respect the existing culture and fashion of the country. Again I will say my comments are only based upon my observations.

 

     Well crossed palms have their own importance in many part of life.Well I don't want to discuss the palm of the bride on the palm of the groom during marriage which is a quite usual culture of our religion and all.
